License agreement
Read this agreement carefully before using the Martial Graphic Images CD. By Using the CD, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, you should immediately return the CD, unused, with your proof of purchase, to the place where you obtained it for a full refund.
Martial Graphic grants non-exclusive license to use the images in this package according to the following terms:
All the images are royalty-free for your personal or professional use. The images can be used on presentations, package designs, advertisements, brochures, collateral material, newsletters, etc., provided the purpose of the product you create is not in the redistribution of an image or images provided in Martial Graphic Images CD. If you wish to use the images for something other than the above, or have questions about the potential use of an image, please contact us at: info@martialgraphic.com
Please do not use any Martial Graphic image in a way not specifically allowed by this agreements, without our prior written permission to do so. Unauthorized or improper use of any Martial Graphic image is a violation of Copyright law. The images contained herein belong to Marco Gagnon design graphic, and are protected by the copyright laws.
You may not place any of the images on this CD on a electronic bulletin board or other form of on-line service.
In addition, non of the images on this CD may be used in any form of pornography, or in any other manner which is in any way embarrassing to or defamatory of any person or business entity in any such image, or which implies any form of endorsement by Martial Graphic or Marco Gagnon design graphic.
Also, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Martial Graphic or Marco Gagnon design graphic against any damages or liability of any kind arising from any use of this product other than the permitted uses specified in this agreement.
Neither Martial Graphic nor any of its directors, officers, employees, partners or agents shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, this or any Martial Graphic CD-ROM.
